Job Title: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Profession: Social Services Specialty: LICSW Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours (16:00 - 02:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in relevant field License: Valid license as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker Certifications: BLS, LCSW Must-Have: Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics Hospital experience preferred Description: Position will float between units. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Night shifts are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays from 16:00 to 02:00. If overstaffed, may be asked to float to other facilities performing the same duties. Required skills include outpatient clinic, individual counseling, and care coordination. Experience with community resources and assessments is essential. Candidates will participate in care conference activities and treatment plan development. Familiarity with state aid programs and protective services is beneficial. Individual counseling for various populations, including adults and children, is expected. Referrals to rehabilitation and long-term care facilities will be part of the role. Collaboration with other disciplines and community resources is necessary. Travelers may be expected to float between similar facilities nearby. Refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment. References covering a minimum of one year within the last three years are required.
