Engage in discharge planning assessments. This position requires strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is professional, dedicated, and friendly. Candidates should be adaptable to different units. Behavioral health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments is preferred. Knowledge in palliative care and goals of care conversations is advantageous.
