We are seeking a dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment. The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while working closely with Registered Nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LPN looking to expand their travel nursing experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Assist with daily patient care, assessments, and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation

Pay Rate:$33.48 $39.06 per hour
