Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting. The LPN will provide direct patient care, support RNs, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes for residents during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning support
Document patient care accurately and consistently
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

End Date: 07/19/2026
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Time: 06:30 PM 06:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Contract Length: Approximately 6 Weeks
Requirements
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
3 5 years clinical nursing experience preferred
Experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred
Strong medication administration and patient monitoring skills
Ability to work night shifts consistently
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Must bring valid state or federal identification and wear a photo badge at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy
