Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a short-term travel assignment in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to assist with daily patient care needs, ensure compliance with care standards, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Support patient mobility including transfers and ambulation
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare team members
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients
