Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on supporting residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
The LNA will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to assist with patient care, monitor resident conditions, and contribute to a high-quality care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Support hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort needs
Maintain accurate observations and documentation
Follow established care plans and facility protocols
Assist nursing staff with care delivery and support tasks
Promote a safe and supportive care environment
