JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
- Assist with basic clinical and non-clinical nursing tasks as directed
- Support infection control and hygiene protocols within the care environment
- Document patient observations and care activities as required
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care delivery
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license VT/NH eligibility required
- Must meet CNA/LNA equivalent experience requirements
- Compliance with all facility onboarding and credentialing standards
- Valid state or federal identification required
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
- Ability to work assigned schedule including every other weekend and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, repositioning, and standing for long periods
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
