Job Overview

This role involves supporting daily resident needs and maintaining a high standard of care in a structured healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
Document care provided according to facility guidelines
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare team members
