Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week
We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for an exciting contract opportunity at New York City.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments
• Provide supportive therapy services
• Assist with discharge planning
• Coordinate referrals and community resources
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
