About the Clinician's WorkdayThe Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, group, and family therapy to an adult population within a residential treatment setting, maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist with weekly sessions and occasional clinical groups. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the clinician will manage cases involving behavioral health and addiction-related issues on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include completing biopsychosocial assessments, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assisting with discharge planning. Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification is preferred for this position; no call coverage is required.
