We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in a behavioral health setting within an acute care environment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive psychosocial support, patient assessments, and care coordination.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with diverse patient populations and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure continuity of care
