We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker for a travel assignment at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, Georgia. This is a 13-week hospital-based contract with a consistent schedule and guaranteed 36 hours per week.
The Social Worker will be responsible for providing psychosocial support, discharge planning, and care coordination for patients in a hospital setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Position Details:
- Shift: 12-hour days (8:00 AM – 8:30 PM, varies)
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (04/20/2026 – 07/18/2026)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel (No local candidates within 50 miles)
- On-Call: Not required
