**Exciting Opportunity for Licensed Therapists!** **Job Description:** - Transform lives in a dynamic therapeutic environment! - Work alongside a passionate team of 8 skilled professionals. - Engage with up to 10 patients in each of 5 daily therapy groups. - Utilize your expertise to provide psychotherapy and skill development. **Requirements:** - Valid California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (must have full license, not associate). - Graduation from a master’s program must be at least 2 years prior. - Competency in BLS certification. - Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills is a plus! **Core Responsibilities:** - Facilitate engaging psychotherapy and skill-building groups. - Document group sessions using Meditech. - Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments. - Update treatment plans collaboratively. - Participate actively in treatment teams and discharge planning. - Perform safety assessments as needed. **Work Environment:** - Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. - Maintain a professional business casual dress code (no jeans). **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
