Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience.
• Current California LCSW license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
• Proficiency with case management workflows and discharge planning preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Prior work in multidisciplinary teams and utilization management preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:30 to 16:00.
• Work schedule: five 8-hour shifts per week.
• Department: Case Management.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.
