Travelers with 1 year of experience will be accepted, including first-time travelers. Floating to other campuses may occur if census is low. Weekend coverage is required, with a minimum of 2 weekend days per month. The facility specializes in care coordination for neuro and cardiac patients and is a comprehensive stroke center. Clinicians should possess experience in care coordination and discharge planning. Knowledge of cultural issues and experience with adult protective services are beneficial. Responsibilities include developing and documenting care plans, crisis intervention, and facilitating care coordination. References covering 1 year of experience are required during the compliance process. Adherence to patient ratios is essential, with an expected ratio of 20 patients on days. Interdisciplinary support includes various services such as physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
