Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - $1,888 to $2,088 per week in Santa Fe, NM

Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-home hospice services in Santa Fe, NM. Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current LCSW (or state-equivalent clinical social work license) in good standing with the New Mexico licensing board.
• At least 12 months of hospice in-home setting experience within the past 3 years (client-specific requirement).
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic health record (client-specific requirement).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a 60-mile radius from the Santa Fe home office (client-specific requirement).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospice social work experience beyond the required 12 months.
• On-call assistance experience preferred but not required.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
• Area of coverage: 60 mile radius from Santa Fe home office.
