Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - $1,656 to $1,856 per week in Brasstown, NC

Make a meaningful impact as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in an outpatient setting in Brasstown, NC. Provide clinical services, advocacy, and case management for patients receiving medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction. Use assessment tools and treatment planning to support patient stabilization, recovery, and reintegration into the community. Travel as necessary and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program.
• Current LCAS licensure required for NC. Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining required state certification/licensure for North Carolina.
• Experience working with an opiate-addicted population. Experience with methadone maintenance and detoxification treatment preferred.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments, utilization of ASI criteria for patient placement, treatment plan development and implementation, service coordination, and crisis intervention.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards.
• Ability to coordinate care with medical professionals and community agencies, including submission of take-home requests and monitoring urine drug test results.
• Two supervisory reference forms required. Skills checklist and documentation items required as part of credentialing.
• Must be present during working hours at the office for in-person meetings and have computer access consistent with company policy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Experience with program evaluation and quality improvement activities preferred.

Assignment Details

• 40 Hour Guarantee.
• Every Other Saturday required, 6:15 am - 8:30 am.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide treatment and casework services in compliance with applicable laws, state OTP regulations, and organizational policies. Conduct patient intake, comprehensive assessments, individual counseling, crisis intervention, and development and implementation of treatment plans. Coordinate with treatment teams and community agencies to support patient needs, monitor treatment progress using objective measures such as urine drug testing, and complete timely documentation. Participate in staff meetings, counseling supervision, program development, and quality improvement activities. Maintain professional conduct and support organizational goals.
