Impacting Patient Care
Provide treatment and casework services in compliance with applicable laws, state OTP regulations, and organizational policies. Conduct patient intake, comprehensive assessments, individual counseling, crisis intervention, and development and implementation of treatment plans. Coordinate with treatment teams and community agencies to support patient needs, monitor treatment progress using objective measures such as urine drug testing, and complete timely documentation. Participate in staff meetings, counseling supervision, program development, and quality improvement activities. Maintain professional conduct and support organizational goals.
