Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Provider 2 Profession: Behavioral Healthcare Provider Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: Long Term Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Experience in providing group and individual therapy to adolescents, preferably those involved in the justice system. License: Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT). Certifications: Completion of continuing professional education for license renewal pursuant to relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code. Must-Have: Must have independent mental health licensure. Description: The Behavioral Health Provider operates under the general supervision of the facility behavioral health services supervisor. In this full-time contract role, you will provide group treatment and one-on-one individual sessions to assigned youth. You will document the clinical services provided and supply clinical summaries and updates to the facility behavioral health supervisor for the youth's treatment team. Your work will contribute to positive outcomes and youth well-being within this unique context. Responsibilities include providing group treatment for youth with court orders or clinically assessed needs. You will also provide individual, one-on-one therapy sessions for assigned youth on the mental health caseload. Additionally, you will be responsible for clinical summaries and reports on youth progress or barriers to progress. Ensuring meticulous completion of all necessary documentation is essential. You will collaborate closely with behavioral health services to facilitate seamless service delivery. Unusual working conditions may include exposure to clients who may be potentially violent and exposure to unusual noise, odors, or contagious diseases.
