Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery registered nurse in Spokane, Washington. This position involves providing care for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods within a Level II Trauma Center. The role includes supporting high-risk obstetric cases, with a focus on maternal emergencies and special procedures relevant to Labor and Delivery.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 48 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Washington state license; at least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience; certification in BLS; experience with high-risk obstetric cases including antepartum, pre-eclampsia, diabetes, multiples, VBAC/TOLAC, induction/augmentation, and maternal emergencies.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Acute Care or Level II Trauma Center experience; experience with electronic charting systems.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: Position requires working three of the five designated holidays and requesting all specific scheduling or time-off requests upfront. Candidates must include a response regarding previous employment at a Providence facility and provide two references covering at least one year within the last three years.
