Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Concord, Massachusetts. This position involves providing care in a facility's Labor and Delivery department, supporting postpartum patients, and floating to postpartum units as needed. The role requires working night shifts with a flexible schedule to meet the department's needs.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 36 hours per week, with 3x12 or 4x12 shift options, every other weekend required, every other holiday required, no call.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to apply once offered; one year of experience in labor and delivery; certifications including BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and fetal monitoring.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Labor and Delivery department, ability to float to postpartum units as needed, inpatient nursing experience.
  • Additional Information: The role involves working charge with support from the on-shift Clinical Resource Nurse in a unit that includes 8 beds, with 6 triage beds and 2 operating rooms.
