Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2 years of L&D experience and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Details

Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
Night shift schedule from 7:00PM to 7:00AM
13-week contract assignment

Requirements

Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
BLS certification from AHA or ARC required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required
Current NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
US Social Security Number required for consideration (Canadian SSN not accepted)
One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients within a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
