**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team - Night Shift Opportunities!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery? - Do you thrive in fast-paced, rewarding environments? - Join our exceptional team and make a real impact in the lives of families! **Position Details:** - **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years (excluding new graduate orientation) - **Patient Ratio Experience:** 1:2 - **Interdisciplinary Support:** Work alongside Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary **Essential Qualifications:** - **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AWHONN Intermediate (preferred) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program, pending certifications accepted) - **Skills:** - Antepartum Care and Procedures - Triage of obstetrical patients - Use of External Fetal Monitoring (EFM) - Medication & Administration (Anticoagulation therapy, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips) - Assist with high-risk delivery and vaginal delivery, circulate for C-section, and recover C-section **Work Environment:** - **Patient Age Groups:** Neonates, Adults - **Facility Births/Month:** 100-200 - **Number of Rooms:** 15 - **Number of Beds:** 15 - **Weekend Requirements:** 4-6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
