Position Details

• Hours:7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts/week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Must be comfortable working Labor & Delivery
• Must meet the 8/24/2026 start date
• Travelers are first to float
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Certifications

• BLS
• NRP
• EFM-NCC OR AWHONN

Licensure

• Any active state RN license or Compact RN license accepted
• License does not have to be Ohio-specific at submission

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status.
• Perform assessments and interventions throughout labor and delivery.
• Recognize and respond to changes in maternal or fetal condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesia, and other members of the care team.
• Accurately document patient care in Epic.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
