Job Requirements

• Active RN license from any U.S. state or compact state accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• EFM-NCC or AWHONN certification required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Ability to start by the posted start date
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support safe, compassionate, and efficient care during births and related procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately in EPIC and maintain strong clinical communication
• Adapt to a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
