Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients, including high-risk obstetric cases.
• Monitor and assess patients during labor, delivery, and post-partum recovery phases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver culturally competent care in a diverse setting.
• Float to other units as needed to support facility staffing requirements.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic charting system.
• Circulate during cesarean sections and assist in various obstetric procedures.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CA state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent labor and delivery experience required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRPS, and AWHONN Intermediate are required.
• Proficiency with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Ability to float between units as required by facility needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet staffing requirements.
