Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery Recovery Postpartum position requiring an active AK RN license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Details

  • Work in the Labor and Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

  • Active AK RN license required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
  • Fetal Monitoring certification required - must be intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care across the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum continuum
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility - no local candidates accepted
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this position
