Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM certifications
• Experience in labor and delivery, mother/baby, or newborn care settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts and every third weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout the labor and delivery process
• Support mother/baby and newborn care needs within a dynamic maternal health unit
• Monitor patients, assess changes in condition, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Educate and support patients and families during an important and exciting time
