**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - LDRP & Level 1 Nursery Unit (Nights)** **Job Description:** - Experience the beauty of Salida, CO, while making a meaningful impact in the lives of mothers and newborns. - Utilize your skills in a dynamic Family Birthing Center, where every day offers new challenges and rewards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional patient care, monitoring responses throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum phases. - Educate mothers on wellness during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. - Provide guidance on infant care to new mothers. - Accurately document patient interactions and educational sessions in medical records. - Communicate patient conditions effectively with physicians and nursing supervisors. - Collaborate with nursery nurses for exemplary mother/baby care. - Assist physicians with procedures to enhance the patient experience. - Support nursing colleagues by sharing knowledge and skills. - Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all patients in the Family Birthing Center. **Physical Requirements:** - Regularly use hands for handling, talking, and hearing. - Frequently stand, reach, and stoop; occasionally walk or sit. - Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Vision requirements include close and color vision, along with peripheral vision. **Shift Information:** - Work during nights from 1800-0600, providing 24 hours of care per week. - Be prepared to cover weekends and holidays as needed. **Minimum Requirements:** - Two years of nursing experience. - Current, active RN license in the State of Colorado. - Certifications in BLS & NRP required; PALS preferred. - Minimum educational requirement: Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
