Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist position available in Austell, Georgia. The position offers a full-time schedule with daytime hours and on-call responsibilities.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 7:30 am5:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts per week, with a 30-minute response time for on-call duties
  • Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Valid certifications include ARRT-CV (Cardiovascular Interventional), ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-VI (Vascular Intervention Radiology), RCIS (Registered CVI Specialist), BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). A minimum of 3 years experience in interventional special procedures within IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid settings. Must have the ability to function independently during procedures after appropriate orientation and demonstrate competency in all aspects of interventional/vascular procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection. Candidates should possess an understanding of anatomy and pathology, effective communication skills in English, and a positive attitude.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ACLS instructor certification upon hire is preferred.
  • Additional Information: The position requires experience in Cath Lab procedures, with the expectation to be on call with a 30-minute response time.
