Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a Level I Trauma acute care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong IR experience, excellent procedural skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting a wide variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures.
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural equipment.
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment and ensure high-quality imaging.
- Monitor patient safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the facility's electronic medical record system.
- Follow all radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
