Pain mgmt - RF ablation of nerve routes, injection of steroid into joints and spine
We have 4 procedure rooms for Caths, Devices (ICDs, Pacemakers, Linqs), Pain procedures, EP studies with ablations, and peripheral vascular angiography. We do on average 280 cases per month. STEMIs run 8-12 a month. We have a 4 man STEMI call team always. You must live within a 30 minutes radius of hospital while on call. No on-site call accomodations.

HOLIDAYS / WEEKEND SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS for PD
Travel: Expect to work some holidays and weekends.
FLOATING: Client agrees to float Qualivis Candidates in rotation with Client's staff and in accordance with
Client's floating policies, as well as the clinical experiences of the Qualivis Candidate being asked to float. Client confirms that Client's policies on floating comply with current standards of The Joint Commission, including the provision of an appropriate orientation to the new unit.

Local Rule: Locals not accepted.
Exceptions can be made with approval for Respiratory and Radiology positions at a lower BR
Extensions: after 1 year, travelers must separate for a minimum of 90 days before being eligible to return as a traveler
Former Perm Employees: must be gone for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
