Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (09:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty License: Permanent state license required Certifications: Active certifications required Must-Have: - Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty Description: This position entails working in an interventional radiology suite. The role includes scrubbing for interventional radiology cases with the physician. Responsibilities also involve preparing equipment for all cases. Completing paperwork is another key duty of this role. No holidays, overtime, or on-call shifts are required. Travelers must complete a background check before starting. Compliance with all required health screenings is necessary. Travelers should not have had any license infractions. Nicotine-free policies apply, with certain exemptions. Annual training modules may be required.
