Must have a valid Pharmacist License in any State
Must have a year of Inpatient Pharmacist experience Pharmacy/ Retail Supervisor. Hospital exp required
PharmD preferred; 1-year residency 2 yrs exp/ Tech OPs Lead / flexible days and hours ( 8 or 10 or shifst)
BLS
AZ license preferred
