**Join Our Team as a Travel RN in the Heart of Michigan!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Registered Nurse (PCU) - **Shift:** 7P - 7:30A - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours - **Facility Type:** 225-bed specialty care hospital - **Unit:** Progressive Care Unit (PCU) - Focus on Level 2 ICU with Open Heart program - Experience with Cath lab, Neuro Surgery, Level II Trauma center, and CRRT programs - **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment - Help manage diverse patient populations including post-open heart, heart failure, respiratory failure, trauma, surgical ICU, and post-stroke patients - Collaborate with a positive team of healthcare professionals - **Patient Ratios:** 1:3 for IMCU - **Equipment:** Utilize cutting-edge equipment including Baxter IV pumps, Prisma Flex CRRT, Impella, IABP, EVDs, and more - **EHR System:** Cerner - **Qualifications:** - RN with **AND** degree - Minimum **2 years PCU experience** - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Must be willing to float across units as needed - **Join Our Community in Marquette!** - Located in the scenic central region of Michigan's upper peninsula - Largest community in the peninsula, home to Northern Michigan University - Explore the beautiful outdoors and enjoy a vibrant local culture - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Colors: Galaxy, Royal, or navy blue - Unacceptable Attire: Hoodies and open-toed shoes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
