Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a critical need position in Vallejo, CA, requiring a current CA RN license and at least one year of recent ICU experience.

Details

• 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending licensure or certifications are not accepted
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Information

• Local candidates are accepted and are eligible for the same rate as travel candidates
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers who have worked on assignment for a cumulative two years — regardless of gaps shorter than three months — must take a minimum 90-day break before returning to assignment
