Job Details:
To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following credentials and qualifications: 1. Licensure: Nursys License and License/Certificate Verification are required for submission. 2. Education: Must complete Ascension Education Attestation and Verification during onboarding. 3. Exams and Checklists: Successful completion of several Ascension-specific exams and checklists during onboarding, including Pharmacology, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, and EKG Exam. 4. Health Requirements: Required to have certain vaccinations and health screenings completed for onboarding, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and a 12 Panel Drug Screen. 5. Professional Requirements: Provide a driver's license/State ID, Ascension Profile, and two professional references for submission. 6. Background Check: Ascension Criminal Background Check Results and EPLS required during onboarding. 7. Employment Verification: Ascension Employment Verification and Confirmation of Assignment required during onboarding. 8. Optional: Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, and Hiring Manager Evaluation are optional for onboarding. These requirements ensure the candidate is qualified, verified, and prepared to serve the patient populations specified.
