Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Trauma, burn, or surgical ICU experience required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative healthcare environment
• BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients in a fast-paced trauma and burn environment
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changing clinical needs
• Deliver skilled care for wound care, codes, EVDs, and MTP situations
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care
• Float as needed to related critical care or PCU units based on patient census and staffing needs
