Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position located in Laconia, New Hampshire. The role involves providing critical care to patients, with a specific focus on ICU experience, and may include floating to other departments such as Emergency Department, Stepdown, and Medical Surgical units. The position is suitable for candidates capable of working independently and managing a variety of clinical responsibilities.

Job Details:

  • Location: Laconia, New Hampshire
  • Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire or Compact State RN license, 2-3 years of ICU experience (or strong experience close to 2 years with a variety of care), current BLS and ACLS certifications, valid drivers license matching demographics, and an up-to-date resume.
  • Preferred Qualifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN certifications, Cerner EMR experience.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required, including to Emergency Department (not limited to ICU holds), Stepdown, and Medical Surgical units.
  • Technical Equipment: Experience with balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, artic sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser.
  • Submission Requirements: Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered, with a focus on candidates demonstrating self-starter capabilities and independence. Candidates must include RTO, license verification, and experience details at the time of submission.
