Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced critical care to intensive care patients in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-focused care.
  • Manage and operate life support systems and other specialized equipment.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the Epic charting system.
  • Assist with medical procedures and manage complex medical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted RN license in California; pending license accepted.
  • At least 1 year of ICU experience required.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Experience with Epic charting system is required.
  • Strong skills in ventilator management and emergency medication protocols.
  • Willingness to work two weekends every four weeks.
