Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and night shift availability in a General Medical Surgical ICU setting.

Details

• 13-week contract in a hospital-based General Medical Surgical ICU
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, scheduled 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• No on-call requirements
• Cerner EMR experience utilized in this role

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CCRN and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• A valid Driver's License is required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff who worked at this facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
• First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible; a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience is required
