Medlivo is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Garden City, Kansas.
Minimum 1+ year recent Hospice + Med Surg experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA) Required (National Hospice Certification preferred) / LICENSE – Active RN License Required (DL required; must be within 60-mile radius) / Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts (8a–4p, Mon–Fri), 40 hrs/week, 8 weeks / Setting: Hospice (Post-Acute) / EMR: EPIC / Caseload: 8–10 patients weekly (case management with alternating visit days) / Skills: End-of-life care, patient assessment, care planning, case management, supervisory visits for HHA (biweekly), coordination of care / Patient Types: Terminally ill patients with various diagnoses / Call: Rotating weekend + holiday on-call required / Travel: Required for patient visits / Support: 1 Hospice Aide on staff, DME managed externally / Scheduling: Fixed schedule (Mon–Fri), manager-led / Orientation: 1–2 shifts (must be in-state during orientation week) / Additional: No floating, professional scrubs (any color) / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
