Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Home Health position requiring HCHB charting experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

• Home health setting requiring travel throughout the day to patient homes
• Will work with pediatric patients and receive training
• Requires case management and taking on a caseload
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Non-inpatient role requiring candidate to have their own vehicle
• Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required, temporary or pending licenses accepted with confirmation of license in hand prior to start
• 1 year of case management experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting experience preferred
• Two supervisory references required

Additional Information

• Case manage a patient caseload including pediatric patients with provided training
• Keep RTO to a minimum during the assignment, with no requests preferred for a full calendar week off
• Any RTO requests must be submitted and approved in advance of the offer
• Some holiday coverage expected
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Travel pairs considered on a case-by-case basis
• Background policy considered on a case-by-case basis
