LanceSoft is seeking a Float CNA for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland.
Job Description & Requirements

Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) – Float Pool | Baltimore, MD
Seeking an experienced GNA/CNA with a valid Maryland GNA certification (required at submission) for a 14-week night shift travel assignment. This float position provides care to adult and geriatric patients across LTC, rehabilitation, pulmonary, memory care, and behavioral health units.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Shift: Nights, 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Schedule: Every other weekend; float required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (2 years for HICU assignments)
- Required Certifications: Maryland GNA/CNA, AHA BLS
- Charting: Point ClickCare
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, vital signs, specimen collection, intake/output, EKGs, and patient safety.
- Provide compassionate care while following infection control and facility protocols.
- Float to assigned units based on patient needs and staffing.
Additional Information:
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Orientation required (day shift, Tuesday–Friday).
- Facility maintains strict attendance standards with limited RTO during holidays.
