2+ years of ER experience
Required Certifications:
ACLS
BLS
PALS
TNCC
ENPC
NRP (preferred)
No blocked scheduling
No 48-hour guarantees
Floating is required
Max RTO: 1 request per schedule (6-week scheduling)
Holiday Requirement: 1 Summer & 1 Winter (based on department needs)
As an ER RN, you’ll take full shift accountability for patient care, including:
Performing comprehensive patient assessments
Applying critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-pressure situations
Administering medications and monitoring for side effects
Coordinating care and delegating tasks effectively
Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
Upholding safety, infection control, and quality standards
You’ll be a leader on the floor—guiding care, anticipating needs, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for every patient.
