Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians with procedures, administer medications, and execute specific treatments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Manage and prioritize care for multiple patients simultaneously across varying acuity levels and health statuses
Respond effectively to urgent, life-or-death emergency situations in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
Deliver patient care with patience and composure under high-stress circumstances
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients who may be scared, in pain, or in shock, as well as with their families

Required Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license
Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification
Current PALS certification
Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Telemetry experience
Previous travel nursing experience
