• Education Requirements: Nursing diploma or associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (preferred), and NIH
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a Level III Trauma Center
• Other Requirements: Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, start PIVs, administer cardiac medications and vasopressors, and experience with Epic charting system; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Ability to work independently and adapt to high-acuity patient care
