Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced critical care environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer emergency medications and perform advanced procedures such as intubation and CPR.
  • Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in Epic.
  • Maintain standards of care in high-pressure situations while managing patient ratios of 1:5.
  • Float between units as needed in alignment with facility requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
  • Minimum one year of emergency room experience required; first-time travelers welcome.
  • Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC; NRP preferred.
  • Proficiency in Epic charting system and patient ratio management experience.
  • Ability to handle high-stress scenarios and work efficiently in a critical care setting.
  • Prior charge experience preferred and compliance with facility travel requirements.
