Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN license, along with BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing and professional certification are encouraged but not required.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation of care, and participation in quality improvement activities. The role may involve supervising licensed and non-licensed staff and providing spiritual support liaising with external contacts, such as community providers and agencies.
