PARKING- IN FRONT OF HOSPITAL
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
& NOT HAVE WORKED PERM STAFF WITH CHS WITHIN THAT LAST 12 MONTHS
