Job Requirements

• Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma setting preferred/required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• TNCC required
• PALS or ENPC required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize patient needs, and support efficient patient flow in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver timely, coordinated treatment
• Document care accurately and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and clinical excellence
• Support patients and families with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
